The Kerala Wing of Indian Social Club Muscat have been organizing Keralotsavam for the past 12 years and it has become a festival of Indian Diaspora in Oman as it had promoted Indian art and culture while reaching out to the entire Indian community in Oman.

In this context, it is our proud privilege to share the glad news that the Ministry of Social Development, Sultanate of Oman in their final approval has suggested to rename the event as Indian Community Festival.

Truth remains that there is no other outdoor event of such a scale organized for the Indian Community. We are glad that the new name has already got the media attention and will continue to gain it in due course. We consider the new name as recognition of our concerted efforts and are extremely glad that the sponsors of the event will also be highly benefitted through this unique recognition.
